Our Covid-19 Procedures

We can confirm that procedures are being followed in compliance with guidelines set out by the government and WHO.  As this is constantly changing our operating practices will be continually reviewed and updated.


GENERAL

  • Customers who feel unwell must stay at home
  • Social distancing posters on arrival, in toilets and at points around the pub
  • Toilets-1 person at a time and these will be cleaned frequently
  • As many doors and windows open as possible
  • Contactless payment as much as possible
  • Cutlery and disposable condiments will be served with food
  • All indoor and outdoor tables will be configured to maintain 1m distancing
  • Nobody will be able to order food or drink at the bar-it will be table service only
  • Customers must give name and contact details before being served these details will be kept for 21 days
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • There will be no paper menus-a limited menu will be available on a blackboard

 

STAFF

  • Staff will be temperature checked before starting a shift-anyone feeling unwell must stay at home
  • Hands must be washed or sanitised after serving each customer
  • No physical contact
  • Social distancing measures to be applied where possible
  • Minimised contact between front of house staff and kitchen staff
  • Working areas will be assigned to an individual as much as possible
